Time taken from order to delivery is how long it takes the item to get to you. if it takes long to get to you it bad customer service. if you order somthing from argos and they say 2 days and if it take longer than they say that is bad customer service.

no. of damaged or faulty goods returned if the products have soming is wrong with it. that is poor customer servise. for e.g if you buy a mp4 from argos and it has something wrong about it then you have to send it back. thats bad customer service.
