Complaint letter- this is when someone would send a letter of complaint when they are not happy with something, Tesco's invite people to write in if they have had problems with customer service/product - this will help improve their service.
Compliment letter - this is when a customer would write in to appreciate the service they had. so customer will write in to thorpe park to say that they have had a good day out.
Mystery Customers - Mystery Customers are people companies would send to their stores to check how it is running. Tesco's would send a mystery shopper to see how they are doing, they will inspect the ques, shelves, staff customer service etc.
staff feedback- staff feedback is when staff get togther and talk about what they can do to get better. in schools teachers get togther to swap ideas.
Customer Feedback is when staff ask customers in a restaurant how was the food. this is a esay way to get feedback other methods include watching customers as they enter, leave and chat to them.
